Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Please read the Refund Policy carefully before you request a refund!
 
To start a refund, you can contact us at support@ColorMyStrap.com. Please make sure to leave your name, order number, item description, and the reason for your return. If we approve your refund request you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We offer a 24-hour timeframe in which you can cancel your order after placing it. After that, we will not be able to cancel it since once the order is shipped we can't return it back to us. 

We do not support returns on orders costing $20 or less. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and provide you with a solution.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must answer one, or more, of these criteria:

  • The product is damaged by shipping
  • You received the wrong product (Color/Size/Model)
  • The product has a quality issue once you have received it (Brocken buckle mechanism/ Missing parts/ Torn band/ Other manufacturing issues)

If you find an issue with your product, you must send us a photo of the damaged item and proof of purchase. Without them, we cannot accept your refund!

 

      We do not accept refunds in these cases:

  • Products have passed the 30-day refund terms
  • On orders costing $20 or less.
  • Products have been damaged by use or by the customer
  • Products have been ordered at the wrong address.
  • The customer provided insufficient (incomplete) address
  • The customer wants to change the address after the order has shipped. (Address can be changed only before the order has shipped)
  • The customer ordered the wrong size (Please check your watch case, and wrist size before ordering! 38MM/40MM/41MM or 42MM/44MM/45MM?)

 

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like products that are damaged by wear or worn after. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want if you have received the wrong item is to contact us with a photo of the wrong item and ask for an exchange. Important: we only exchange items that are at the same price as your ordered item.

Returns

If you'd like to return a product to us, all the shipping costs would have to be covered by the customer to our office in Bulgaria. Please contact us in order to receive the address to which you need to ship the return package to our office in Bulgaria.
